Los Prados is one of the few Associations in Nevada that its members own and manage their own golf course. Our Community is comprised of 1,358 homes that surround our course, clubhouse, pools, and tennis courts. A golf lover's paradise in the beautiful Las Vegas Valley.

Welcome
Our Welcome Letter (PDF 4 pages) contains basic information all homeowners and tenant need to know. This includes a summary of the current rules and regulations that residents of Los Prados are obligated to abide by.
Architectural Control Committee
The ACC meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse. Submissions for consideration must be submitted one week prior to the date of the scheduled meeting.

Open Homeowner Board Meetings
During our Open Homeowner Board Meetings we have a regularly scheduled "Public Comment" period. Anyone wishing to speak must submit a Public Comment Interest Card (PDF 1 page) prior to the opening of the Board of Directors Meeting.
